Hi

BA in applied psychology is the course which involves the theories, experiments and principles related to psychology which discuss the problems and solve in other fields and areas. Clinical psychology is the course which is done in the psychological field. Therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, psychologist are the ones who did  clinical psychology and help an individual to come out from depression , anxiety etc. BA applied Technology include careers such as individual organisation career,  forensic psychology , sports psychology etc. Clinical Psychology include options such as private practice and psychiatric facilities. Both of the fields are good , in whichever field you have interest you can take that.

I hope you got the answer.

All the best for your future!
