Hi Rupali, After BAMS you can go for post graduate diplomas in Panchakarma which is a 2 yer course , that help you in your clinical skills you can also take Private tuition classes for BAMS students, tuition classes for entrance exams, conducting workshops to teach particular skills, i.e., Kshrasutra, Agnikarma, Panchakarma, etc., are good options. ....and there are some certificed courses in Panchakarma for lesser duration like 3 month , 6 month etc....hopefully it helps
