What percentage in HS is required to get admission in Piloo Mody Architecture College?

the eligibility for piloo mody architecture college is as follows :

Students having pass in (10+2) with 50% marks in aggregate and Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination and a valid JEE Main (Paper 2) rank are eligible for admission. 5% relaxation in aggregate marks is permitted for SC and ST candidates as per COA norms. All (10+2) students are advised to appear for JEE Main Paper 2 to be held on 08-Apr-2018 and NATA on 29-Apr-2018 to ensure admission and COA registration requirements.

Diploma students need a valid NATA score and 50% marks in Diploma for admission. Admission for Diploma candidates will be in 1st year of the B Arch course as per COA norms.
