To study in a law college in India, you must meet these basic eligibility criteria:

For 5year LLB after 10+2: You need to have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board. Many colleges also require qualifying law entrance exams like MH CET Law, CLAT, or others.

For a 3year LLB after graduation: You must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university, and often need to clear an entrance exam. These are the standard qualifications for admission to law courses in India.
