The NMMS (National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship) exam has questions from four sections :

1. Mental Ability Test (MAT)
Topics include:

• Analogy

• Classification

• Series

• Coding–decoding

• Pattern and figure problems

• Diagram-based reasoning

• Number puzzles

2. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
This part has questions from:

• Science (Class 7 & 8 level)

• Social Science (History, Civics, Geography)

• Mathematics (Class 7 & 8 level)

  Recommended

3. Questions are MCQ type

• Each question has four options.

• You must choose the correct one.

4. No high-level syllabus
Questions are based on NCERT Class 7 and 8 .
