Dear aspirant,
All medical courses require the entrance exam and it's respective score suitable for college admissions. The NEET score basically helps to determine your college and depending on the cut off you can be admitted to the college.
Even homeopathy , Ayurveda, BDD etc all require entrance exam qualification.
