As I have personally appeared for SRMJEE, The ranks below 30,000 will be considered for counselling. Ranks Below 50,000 for 2nd counselling  and ranks below 75,000 for 3rd counselling.

Hey coming to your question anywhere it is not mentioned that upto which rank the first counselling is done..You check your rank card and your mail id may be you may get any mail or msg to the registered mobile number that for which counselling you are selected..
