In the official website of NSP they have made an update that the students who belong to states like Assam, bihar, Jharkhand for the central scholarship provided to college or university students. they have to enter Roll code along with their Roll Number in the application form.

If your roll code is 12345 and roll number is 67896 then you have to enter 12345-67896 i.e.(Roll code - Roll Number).
