JEE Advanced exam marks are not defined :

Maximum Marks and exam pattern vary every year like below:

2016- 372 Marks
2015 - 504 Marks
2014 - 360 Marks

So it is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year but you should score more than 60% marks to get rank under 1000 in JEE Advanced.
