Dear Jason, if this is for NEET UG, unfortunately you cannot change your exam centre. Identification data, Date of Birth, Gender and State Codes of Eligibility are the only criteria that can be corrected as they may affect your merit category. The rest, unfortunately cannot be changed.

It is for NEET PG by mistake I have select the other exam centre....

You are ideally allowed to choose 3 exam centres of your preference. Even if one has been selected by mistake, you still have 2 centres of your choice. Eitherways choosing an exam centre doesnt guarantee that you can write your exam at that particular centre. It comes on first come first serve basis. The final allocation is decided by the regulatory body.
