Greetings Ashish!

Definitely you should fill the improvement percentage. As you have said you appeared for your improvement exam in 2017, so you should fill 2017 as the year of passing.

This year there is a slight change in the pattern of CAT, the exam time has been reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours. The sectional time limit has also been reduced from 60 mins to 40 mins. Registration are open till 23rd September. To know more details, click the link here :- https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/cat

Hope it helps!

Will it affect in getting calls from colleges if they see 3 years difference in year of passing of class 10 and class 12?

But shouldn't I fill 2016 as year of passing because I passed in 2016
