First you have try to studies maximum five hour and lf  you already practised then the timetable prepare according to your point of view with always keep in mind  which subject is your strong and weak. The most important thing is that never ignore the practice of any subject .

You should devote daily 5hours now and gain momentum on weekends by devoting 8hours on Saturday and Sundays. 

By 12th you must have good knowhow of fundamental and must devote same time as given for 11th. When you travel you can keep revision notes to save time  

By end of October 2019 you must finish all subjects syllabus and start tpractising mocks. 25 mocks ar emust to score well because only this will improve accuracy and speed.
