  • If you belong to general category then score more than 150

For top NITs-you need to score 220+ marks in jee mains.


For an average NIT-you need to score between 170-220 marks in jee mains.


For a lower NIT-you need to score between 130-170 marks in jee mains.

Get a score above 180 and it considered decent. Plus it will help you fetch a seat at an acceptable NIT. Get 250+ you will get seat at top NITs and as well as IIIT Hyderabad.
