Trends are not static. It varies with every session.
However 150 plus is a satisfactory score. This would be enough to guarantee you a seat.

Fir getting a seat of mbbs in aiims delhi, try to have a score of 145-150+ in aiims mbbs entrance exam.
While for rest for all other aiims , try to have a score of 125-140+ in aiims mbbs entrance exam..(for general category students)..
Do read NCERT books if you want to get selected..

Good luck. Prepare well for your exam.

For AIIMS Delhi , you must score 150-160.
For other 6 AIIMS , you can score about 125-140.

These are cutoff marks for general and obc category ..
