There are few fee waiver seats  at JSS Noida which have to be availed during UPSEE counselling. To qualify for it, you need to fulfil two conditions-

1) Your family income should be less than Rs. 6 lakh per annum.

2)You should be among the top 5 people(in UPSEE rank) applying for your particular branch in your college.

Thus, you my be able to secure this seat with a rank below 1000-1500.
