Dear Rohit, the shape  of past card photo is - 4"x6" (Size 50 kb - 300 kb), and format should be JPG. Also the Specification for tool is 4.25 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI.

For the post card photo, you should consider these details also-

• Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.
• Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph.
• Photograph should not be with cap or goggles.
• 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background
