If the official information bulletin does not specify the size of the category certificate, it is best to keep it within common upload limits.

Usually, certificates should be in PDF or JPEG format and within 100 KB to 500 KB in size. However, to be sure, check the upload section of the application form for any mentioned size restrictions.
