Hello,
For better theory part i would suggest you to go for PRADEEP as all the basic concepts are clear and derivations are represented very well.
But remember one thing that you should focus on ncert books for theory part as this book is better than any other book.If you are preparing for board exams or jee then ncert is a must.
After that refer to books like pradeep and hc verma.
