If you want to become a doctor, after 11th class, you should pursue Medical in 11th with Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Study medical and then give exams after finishing your 12th such as NEET, AIIMS and other. That will give you the opportunity to become a Doctor.

If you want to become a doctor then you have to choose in science stream in 11th class. Because without Science you can't be eligible for medical entrance examination which is known by NEET. National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. You can choose physics, chemistry and biology with mathematics also. Then you are eligible for the examination and become a doctor after qualifying the examination.

see in 11th standard you have to chose subjects from given option. since you want to become a doctor, you must give neet ug exam in india which is the only entrance test to admission in health science courses. to become eligible for neet ug you must have studied physics, chemistry and biology/ biotechnology  , english as a mandatory subject in 12th course.

so I would suggest you to take below mention papers at 10+2 course.

physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, english, any other language paper.
