You can give JEE Main Examination and take admission in colleges well renowned for chemical engineering like

• Manipal Academy of Higher Education - [MAHE] Manipal , Karnataka.
• IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology. Mumbai , Maharashtra.
• Chandigarh University - [CU] CHANDIGARH , Chandigarh.

These colleges are best known for chemical engineering and you can get into IITs through JEE advanced but in normal colleges through JEE Main only.
