Garima not an issue if you are not interested in Chemistry and if you are interested in Maths and Physics interested then it will be best. You can also try to give the IIT-JEE with that you can opt the option IIT / NIT or IISc  which will be purely based in the research basis as well and if you want to go in the research field of maths line then you can also opt the option Indian Stastical Institute which is the good option in the field of maths if you wish to go in research line.
