The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in Business Management or MBA is to have a Bachelors degree in any stream with minimum 50 percentage.
There are several Specialisation in MBA like Information Technology,Marketing,Finance,Operations,Human Resources.

Any Undergrad degree you want.
To be eligible for mba,you must have completed your graduation or must be in the final year of it.
For CAT,you must score more than 50% marks there.So,currently aim for any graduation degree and the find the best course where you're interested in.

It would depend on the stream that you've taken it 12th. MBA is a professional course which can be combined with various undergraduate degree. It is opted by aspirants after undergradution in Btech, BCom, BBA, Ba in economics etc. You can do undegraduation in any discipline as per your interest.
