Ayush, you need to take up Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects in your 11th and 12th. You can take any vocational subject instead of Chemistry too. And in your 12th, you need to appear for any of the B.Tech entrance examinations like JEE, VITEEE, KIITEEE,etc. You can also participate in TNEA. And during counselling based on your rank, you can take up Computer Science Engineering in B.Tech. And after completion of the course, you can get placed in ITs with different job profiles. Few Institutes in India that are the best are:

IIT Madras
