It depends on your interest what you want to do after completing your B.Tech programme. 

If you are interested you can go for a job. If you are interested in higher studies you can opt for M.Tech programme if you have interest in management you can go for MBA. You can also do diploma courses.

You can go for civil services and you can also apply for AFCAT.

You can go for M.tech from some recognised colleges(by qualifying GATE exam) or you can also do job after B.tech if you are getting good package.

You will be offered job from various PSU's if you get good marks in the GATE exam
