i am sorry i did not clearly understand your question still i would try to answer, please ask again if not satisfied. If your application form has been submitted properly there is no issue for you to worry as you would get your hall ticket number eaily for attempting the exam. However if its not submitted and under process i would recommend you to reupload the picture as maybe it has some issues. Besides that you must contact the assigned authorities through a mail or phone call if there is any major problem as if your form doesn't get submitted before the last date you won't be able to give the exam.
