To become a project Manager one should have the capability of delegating tasks rightly and motivationg team members.An exceptional set of analytical and organizational skills is required to become a project manager. You can also go for Certified Associate in project Management.If you have 1500 hours of work experience and a high school diploma, you can qualify for CAPM. If you are having 4500 hours of work experience then you can go for PMP certification.
