Dear Aspirant,

Not to worry about payment. It happens many time after filling up form payment was not made. Payment site may be down for specific period, but in short time it will be repaired by the site and then again by logging in your registration id. You will be able to pay exam fees. HPU MAT application last date is in 2nd week of may 2019. So till then try by logging and if site is repaired u can make payment...

And if anyother query related to exam can be asked here...
