Hello Paras,
I would suggest applying for other state colleges where jee main percentile is considered for admission process. You should spend 4 years learning your desired branch, if you do not like your branch it would be a burden on your own self. You can also write various entrance test  to get admission in colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT and others. In the first year of your college if you score 9 cgpa or more you can change to your desired course.
