If you have passed in all exams, I don't think it is a good idea to repeat class 11th, because class 12th results doesn't depend on 11th. However, you can have a discussion with your school about why they are wanting you to repeat and can sort things out , but if they are adamant to their decision you should change school and work more hard in class 12th.

If you do not buying the idea to repeat 11th standard then switching to another school could be an option. But if possible then you can for once have a discussion with your school principal on the same issue.
