First and foremost you should apply for jee exam.But I am afraid this year registrations are over.I you have already applied you should clear the cutoff of jee mains as well as the requirement of 75% in board or top 20 percentile  on the basis of jee main you will be allotted NIT's if you appear for jee advance similar process goes and you will get IIT's.
