You just need to have basic knowledge for English in JIPMER exam. Solve previous years question paper , it will give you an idea. Read synonyms, anonyms. Don't spend too much time on English as the section is very easy. You can read some books such as Wren and Martin publication or Tata Mcgrawhill books, English section.
