There are various opportunities after you complete BA in political science.After you complete  BA  you get opportunities in fields like civil services, law, journalism etc and everywhere else where politics is required.Job markets are average in this field but if you find a good jobs salaries are high at about 4-7 LPA.various tv channels sometimes give opportunities for their news.

It depends on what kind of career you're looking at, for academic or teaching pursue MA and qualify UGC NET to pursue higher studies or lecturership, you can also qualify SET for assistant professor at state level. For teaching at school level you'll need BEd, you can pursue law if you're interested there is three years law course for which the top entrance exams are DU LLB, BHU UET, LSAT ,SET etc, you can also pursue MBA if you want to have a career in the field of management,the top entrance exams for MBA are CAT,MAT,XAT,CMAT,SNAP,NPAT to name a few, a career in journalism and mass communication is good enough especially in this day and age, with digital media the channel of information too have changed in terms if immense opportunities in digital space.
