If you want to be a web developer then there are two option first is back end and second is front end.if you want to go for front then you want skills like HTML5,CSS3, JAVASCRIPT and jQuery .then you can learn responsive frame work like bootstrap and then  framework like angular and react .If you want to go for back end then you can also go for that .
