The entrance test for AIIMS has total 200 questions worth 1 mark each with 1/3 negative marking for the wrong answer. Total questions in biology are 60. As per the previous years' patterns, most questions in AIIMS are from the NCERT textbook itself, so make sure you have studied NCERT thoroughly. Some questions will be high order thinking skills so your concepts should be very clear if you want to score well.

You can get practice questions from question banks if you are in any coaching institute. If not, many books are available in the market also (Trueman's, Pradeep's, Dinesh Publication etc). For sample questions, you check the official website of AIIMS too.
