Hello Aspirant,

For HR management course you have various options, you can either go for pg diploma in HR management or you can opt for 2 year MBA programme as per your convenience. In order to get into reputed management school you need to clear the entrance exams like CAT which is most famous other than this you have exams like XAT, MAT etc which can help to land into reputed colleges, in order to get into HR management you are required to practice verbal ability i.e, you should have fair knowledge of English language, reasoning ability (here your logical and analytical skills are tested) and quantitative ability which has mathematical questions.

For interview your knowledge about your ug subjects, work experience, communication skills etc. play key role.

All the best!
