Here, are the important dates for the July session:

1.Start of Basic Online Registration: November 27, 2019

2. Last date to register- February 10, 2020

3. Editing the details- February 17-21, 2020

4. Start of Basic Registration and correction in images- March 9-11, 2020

5. Final Registration of AIIMS PG- March 12, 2020

AIIMS PG usually releases important notifications post 11am and before 5pm. So the website for Final registration might as well begin anytime after 11am and before 5pm. But before that, login to the official website and check the Status of your Basic registration. Once it shows approved, you will have to generate the RUC code, make the final payment. Once you fill in the form  make sure you take print outs of 'successfully submitted' page for all future references.
