Firstly, you have to complete 12th Science and then you have to apply for BSc Botany which is a 3 year duration course.

Then you can apply for MSc and SET NET further

If not SET NET you can do PhD in your particular field which will really help for your career growth.

Do BSc and MSc from reputed college which will be a add on for your CV.

According to me, to gain experience you can start teaching botany for higher secondary students or 11-12 students through colleges, classes or online sessions. Teaching experience is required to apply in reputed colleges
