After B.Pharm, you can have chance to work in both government as well as private sector. You can work as drug inspector, pharmacist, and in other departments.
You can also pursue M.Pharm.
Also, scope and opportunities depends on your skills and capabilities and salary can also vary depending on the firm/industry  with which you are working.
