I hope you are doing good . As per your query, I would glad to suggest you their is not a big issue in which you have to feel demotivated for the thing that happened. I would suggest you to kindly correct your fathers name in 10 or in 12 marksheet by filling an application in the respective boards office. Moroever, at the time of interviews you can give undertaking regarding your issue and provide other identity card for authencity
