Hello prakhar !!Eligibility criteria to become PO in bank is a candidate should have at least 60% score in their graduation.This graduation can be done in any course.Every year all government and private banks makes an announcement of vacancies .Its main focus is on recruiting young people.The major contribution in this process are SBI,Bank of baroda,HDFC bank,ICICI bank,syndicate bank...SBI PO AND IBPS PO are the main examinations among all and both of them have large amount of vacancies and eager to recruit young people.

Recruitment process :

1.Written examination

2.Group discussion and interview

(candidates who have passed the written test are called for GD and interview ...GD consists of 20 marks and for interview 30 marks )

3.Final merit list
