Hi for photography, there are a lot of short and long term courses. However some popular ones are

BFA (Photography) - Osmania Univerity

BFA in Photography - Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University

PG Diploma in Still Photography & Visual Communication (Self-financed) from JMI

Other collges offering photography are

National Institute of Photography

The Indian Institute of Digital Art and Animation

Delhi College of Photography

The Indian Institute of Digital Art & Animation

For travel blogging, you just need to travel, set up your own blog, write catchy interesting decriptions of your travels and get the audience. There are no formal courses for this. However you can do a creative writing course if you wishh to hone your writing skills.

HI

Just to add on to the list, there is also Sri Aurobindo Centre for Arts & Communication (SACAC), New Delhi which offers part-time programme in Photography and in Creative Writing. You can check details here- http://www.sac.ac.in/part-time-courses-certificate

Thanks
