What was the cut off marks or percentage for 2017 for government colleges,

Dear Suresh,cutoff varies depending on the state where you live. In states like Delhi,  Uttarpradesh the cutoff stands quite high i.e upto 550+ but in states where there are more state govt run schools such as maharashtra, tamilnadu the cutoff stays below 500. So best of luck for your exams and give it your best.
