First of all AYUSH courses don't fall under NEET. For MBBS, aim for at least 500 in all India 15 % quota and around 450 in state quota. For BDS around 350 to 400 would be a good score.But remember these trends keep on changing every session. So aim for as high as you can.Best of luck!
