If you belong to another State, then you should apply under All India Quota. You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, the cut offs for All India Quota for OMC in 2018 have been as follows;

General Category: 581

SC: 450

ST: 505

Now this is 2018 data and we do not have 2019 data yet. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exams, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now for your Category, you should score atleast 50-75 marks more than those mentioned against your Category.
