He addressed the mail "To God," inserted the note inside, and then, still disturbed, left for the city. Lencho added that God knows everything and aids us in our challenges, demonstrating his whole and total confidence in God. He made the decision to send a letter to God since he had such a strong belief in him. He requested God for a 100 peso loan. He had the conviction that God was keeping an eye on his good actions and would provide assistance when he needed it. The letter to God was placed in the mailbox by Lencho. When the postmaster discovers the letter and recognises Lencho's faith, he chooses to send the assistance on his own. However, he is only able to send 70 pesos. Lencho accuses the postal workers of taking the remaining funds when he discovers the mail with less money.
