To select an Institute you main concern should be the college Infrastructure, students faculty ration, education quality, placements records, extra curricular activities. according to my opinion the above mentioned criteria matters a lot when it comes to your bachelors degree rather then of campus life , surroundings.

however you must also have the approximate Idea about how much tuition fees, hostels charges you have to pay for the full course. so the location also matters cause if you get the college nearest your location your transportation charges would be reduced.
