After downloading seat acceptance and confirmation letter you would have submitted the documents required for counselling then if all the documents verification are clear then if you accept the seat allotted to you then you can click on freeze option for saving the seat, or float or slide option for upgrading it.

suhas , From some research on internet about the josaa instruction I found that after downloading seat acceptance and confirmation letter from josaa you need to go for verification (Reporting) centres physically.
