Hii Sahil.If you have qualifed JEE Advanced but you not have enough marks to get admission into IITs then either you should apply for IISER or with the marks of JEE MAINS apply for NITs.If the JEE MAINS marks are good then you will get NITs.So, you should give IISER exam .All the best.
