Dear aspirant

Whenever you write a question about cut off try to mention category too. Although I'll tell you cut off marks for various categories in West Bengal for govt college through state quota counselling upto second round of neet 2020. These are as follow

Gen- 572 marks

Bc A- 566 marks

Bc B- 557 marks

Sc - 452 marks

St - 237 marks

So if you belong to Gen category candidate you must try to get score of 580-590 to be safe and secure a government mbbs seat through state quota counselling. Cut off marks for Gen category through AIQ counselling in west bengal government college was 612 marks. If you don't belong to West Bengal you should must focus to get 620+ marks.
