There is no such thing as charges. EWS is the 10 % reservation for students among general category students. If you fullfill all the eligibility criteria you automatically fall in EWS category.

To be eligible

1. The candidate must be from general category.

2. This annual family income should be less than 8 lacks.

3. Should posses less than 5 acers of agricultural land.
